We can quantify our quality of life by three factors.
The first being our health including our physical fitness, cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels and blood pressure. The second being the technology we have access to. This can include e-magazines, social media, mobile applications and more. Finally, the third factor that is an important part of our quality of life equation is our lifestyle which includes our eating and sleeping habits as well as our exercise routines. When you combine these three factors and the elements of each one is at a level that is healthy and manageable, we should have a very good quality of life. Our health is important to our quality of life because even if the other two factors are where we want them, if we don’t have our health, they won’t matter as much. Technology is important to us as it helps to keep us connected with friends and family as well as the rest of the world. Modern technology informs us, it entertains us and it can even help to keep us healthy by alerting our doctors to our medical needs and our current vitals. From e-magazines and social media, to mobile applications, smart devices and more, technology works to keep us happy and alert.
Our lifestyle includes our diet or eating habits, how much sleep we get and whether it is good sleep or not, and how much we exercise to stay in shape. When combined, these three elements of our lifestyle can provide a high quality of life. It give us the energy and ability to do anything and go anywhere.
